Shipping Policy

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Shipping can take between 5 to 10 BUSINESS DAYS after the processing period. While most items are shipped promptly, please remember that delivery may take up to 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS following your processing time.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

After placing your order, a mandatory processing period of 96 hours (up to 4 FULL BUSINESS DAYS) will occur. This time does not count towards your actual shipping and tracking days, as business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Once the 96-hour processing period concludes, your order's shipping days commence. Following shipment, you will receive a tracking number via the email you provided, typically around the 5th or 6th business day, not including the processing period. Overall, this process can take between 5 to 10 BUSINESS DAYS, although we often ship orders much sooner. If you prefer not to wait, please contact customer service for a full refund before your order is shipped.

After you receive your tracking number, allow a few hours for it to update in the USPS/UPS system. Shipping may take an additional 1 to 3 business days depending on your location. In total, shipping can take 3-5 or 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS.

PLEASE NOTE: Delays may occur that are beyond our control. Under certain circumstances, shipping times can be extended.

  • We do not control the shipping carriers.
  • We cannot change addresses. Please verify your address before confirming your order. Incorrect addresses will result in order cancellation.

We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays). Currently, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

After processing your order, you will receive an email notification including these details, followed by your tracking information.

Processing times may be delayed if your shipping address raises any concerns or if the order is flagged as a risk (we use this extra time to ensure the security of your payment information). Proof of identification for billing information may be required.

In case of any issues, you will receive an email notification detailing the situation. Once your order is placed, we cannot modify or change shipping options.

  • We are not responsible for lost packages within the mailing system.
  • We are not liable for incorrect addresses entered by you as the customer.
  • Occasionally, packages may be returned to us as undeliverable. If a carrier returns an undeliverable package, you will receive a refund for the item(s) minus any shipping fees.
